Comforts of double room with comfy beds were fabulous. It was nice to find tea and coffee making equipment, and fridges. Just 10 minutes on foot to Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 underground, was a big plus.

all the staff was responsive, solved my issues. the room was clean and beautiful with a shower, a hairdryer, and towels in the private bathroom. need to add that inner courtyard view was a good bonus.

The room was quiet, had comfy and included coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator. The location seemed amazing in the cafe opposite. What's more, there was an indoor arena at a moderate distance from the hotel...

The nice double room was really nice, it had central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels - perfect for kicking back and watching TV. 😊 I especially liked the view of the courtyard from the room.
